Tawanda Chitapa is the System Director - Business Intelligence, Clinical Value, and Healthcare Analytics at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY.

Tawanda is involved in many parts of his community. He is on the Board of Directors for the Chestnut Street Family and Greater Louisville YMCA, in on The Board of Trustees for Speed Art Museum and Volunteers of America-Mid States, and seats on the Emerging Professional Committee for Metro United Way of Louisville. He has served as a member of the One Love Louisville Implementation Team in the Mayor’s office and Chaired the African American Employee Resource Group for Norton Healthcare.

Tawanda Chitapa holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Master of Health Administration, both from Western Kentucky University. He lives in Louisville Kentucky and has a son, Isaiah (18) who is a college freshman. In his free time, Tawanda enjoys watching soccer, exploring sights around the city, and indulging in every foodie experience he can find around Louisville.
